nicolmiller's response: All berries fruits, grapefruit, eggs, black beans, green tea, salad, veggie, brown rice, pumpkin, cucumber, fish, apple, etc. Try to avoid high calories foods like, ice-cream, chocolate, pizza, red meat.
I am 5 foot 10 and weight 148 male teenager, am I overweight, underweight, or just right?

nicolmiller's answer: Your weight is really good. I think your calories intake is little more try to reduce it and do regular exercise. Exercise will help more to keep you healthy.
