i weight 148, am 5'10 i eat healthy and yet for some reason i still have fat, i excersise 2 to 3 times a week. am taking in about 2300 calories a day. am i a good weight? help me! thanks!

You are a very healthy teenager Fat is good some people Don't have any Fat at all becuse they have a High Metabolism you on the other hand are in the middle it all depends on how your Body structure is and what geneictis your mother and father have you may not be able to work off that extra fat no I am not putting you down I am just genraly saying you are a quite normal and healthy teenager you don't need to be like those big and buff guys just be you and that's all that matters
Yes you are a VERY good weight indeed very HEALTHY and you may have chub not fat there is a diffrence Somtimes no matter how hard you try you can't get rid of chub but thats okey your very healthy just keep doing what your doing but not too much dont work your body to much or you could damage something~love Bethanni :D hope my advice helped ^_^
yes!! it did help me a lot! thank you for the advice :) i do actually believe tht I won't be able to burn off that fat. I have tried so hard! and it just won't come off. so I will just accept it! haha thanks though! really!
