nicolmiller's response: Eat boiled brown rice, more vegetable and fruits. Add protein and fiber rich food in your diet. Take a 10 minutes walk after each meal and no more calories after 5 pm. Morning and evening walk is good for health.

nicolmiller's answer: I suggest you don't eat more fast food and oily foods its not good for health. Try to healthy fat. Eat banana, milk, dry fruits and normal foods. Gym is good ideas. Add egg, chicken, meat in your diet, its healthy and good source of protein.
