I'm 13, female, 5' 5", and weigh 140 lbs. I carry it well so I only want to lose about 20-25 lbs. I eat a lot ESPECIALLY when I am stressed. I want to lose weight and exercise but whenever I try dieting I can never stick to it. My dad isn't a help either since he's overweight and thinks my weight is fine so when I go to his house on the weekends, I can't diet (he'll get REALLY angry if you mention a "diet" around him). So I need an easy to follow exercise plan that starts out easy and doesn't get too rough because I have exercise and stress related asthma. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. =)
