Please help me, I want to lose weight as quick as possible but I don't know how. I want to be toned, I do exercise my stomach alot but my abs wont show because I have belly fat.

Go jog every morning before you go to work or school. If you don't have enough time for that in the morning, then go to your local gym and work out. During the day, instead of sitting on a chair sit on a exercise ball. Instead of going in an elevator, take the stairs! I don't know, just do simple things throughout the day. Also, eat healthier if you aren't already doing so. Or do yoga, haha.
