I'm 169cm/ 5'5 and weigh 185lbs. What are the best exercises to lose weight quickly? I don't look fat but I look big sized. And I have been doing sports but I only get bigger thighs through it. I want to lose the extra weight all over me thanks :)

I would guess your caloric maintenance level is at around 1739. This is the level where you won't lose nor gain weight. To lose weight, you need to be BELOW this number.
This means you need to know what your caloric intake is on a daily and weekly basis. There are on line free programs out there where you can keep track of your caloric intake. Google it.
If your caloric intake is at maintenance, the only thing you need to do to turn your body in a FATBURNING MACHINE, is to workout. Try doing full body workouts. Mix in circuit training with HIIT, if you'd like to GET RIPPED of course...
