SKillerVV's response: Maybe it's family affairs? Or maybe she's not used at sleeping at night? Ever tried asking her why she can't sleep like, if she feels anything unnatural? Try making her visit a doctor and see if it could help.

SKillerVV's answer: Umm, the best way to be fit is to have a proper diet which means you should eat at least three meals a day with just sufficient meat, vegetables, and bread/rice, and of course rice. Knowing how much your body could burn calories would help you too ...

SKillerVV's response: For my opinion, it would be not being able to see your loved ones again, that would be really tough since you can just hear them now and not actually even see them. I won't be able to handle that.
