Well whenever I have problems at home I usually just go outside and calm myself by crying alone. But lately I've been wanting other ways to calm myself. Cutting myself has come to my mind for possible solutions or what else????? HELP

No point cutting your self. Why leave scar's on your self? It will just remind you for the rest of your life of that time you was sad.
If you don't like to be at home find ways of getting out. The best cure for depression or sadness is being around people. They distract you if any thing.
Perhaps get a hobby.
If life not treating you great right now just try and think where you might be in 10 years from now =D Life can change in a second.
