I'm trying to lose weight and I'm wondering if eating this would be enough for one day, or if it is maybe even too much. Would a peanut butter jelly sandwich with two glasses of chocolate milk be enough for one day? Or is this too much calories? How much do you think this would be anyways?

Umm, the best way to be fit is to have a proper diet which means you should eat at least three meals a day with just sufficient meat, vegetables, and bread/rice, and of course rice. Knowing how much your body could burn calories would help you too that's how my friend lost weight in 10 days with 7-10 LBS lost weight. Barely Exercising too ^_^ Hope this helps
