nicolmiller's response: You are not healthy. Overweight is not the only reason of unhealthy, it's one of the reason of unhealthy. I agree with 'Righte', Just because you are not overweight does not mean you are healthy.

nicolmiller's response: Rope jumping, stairs climbing, Jogging and yoga can help you reach your target. It's easy to do at home and no need to spend money. You should eat 3 hours before going to bed and take 10 minutes walk after each meal.

nicolmiller's response: Stair climbing, rope jumping may help you to burn calories. Try to avoid more junk food and oily food. Take 10 minutes walk after each meal. Finish a heavy meal at least 3 hours before bedtime.

nicolmiller's response: A healthy diet and good nutrition is most important part of our health. Take a proper, balanced diet. I agree with 'sc89' losing weight too fast isn't safe and healthy. Do Regular exercise and cut your calories intake daily.
