I think you have a hyper metabolism which digests your food too fast. If this is the case then your option is to build muscle by working out. This is a better alternative anyway. Wouldn't you rather have muscle than fat?
Try this, eat 1 gram of protein for every pound of body fat you have every day. Ex, you weigh 113 pounds, then eat 113 grams or protein. Your best sources are from fish which have omega 3 fat (healthy), chicken, eggs, almonds, milk, etc.
Banana and Mango shake with dry fruits, Bread with lots of butter, ice-cream, add butter and cheese in your diet. Eggs and red meat have lots of protein and fat. Don't eat unhealthy food just because you need to gain weight, not eat lots of junk food its not healthy for health.
some of these people talk a lot of bs.... it's amazing!
Look here! If you don't know your caloric maintenance level, you won't be able to gain weight. In order for you to gain weight, you need to be above your maintenance level. Google it.
So you need to figure out what your caloric intake is and how much calories you burn from additional workouts. As long as your total calories are above maintenance level, it doesn't really matter what you eat or when you eat. Eating healthy foods would be my suggestion for overall health benefits of course. Keep a log of your caloric intake and additional activities.
It 'aint difficult. I talk about these kind of stuff on my blog so you may wanna check it out for more in depth info. My blog is: burnfatbuildmuscleblog.wordpress.com.
