Mircat's answer: You should have your situation checked out by a doctor. What if its not emotional but certain things you eat that causes your esophagus or intestines etc to constrict. There is medication to relax them so you do not have those spasms.

Mircat's answer: It's actually quite normal to briefly be so angry you think you want to shoot someone. It becomes psychopathic if you buy a gun and start following that person around. Learn to communicate and talk not start stocking ammo.
