... my whole life.
When I was little it was normal but I didn't stop wetting the bed since I was born.
I can use some advices or things that you think I should know.
Please, I really am desperate
I'm 17 years old and I'm still wetting the bed. Yes, this is totally embarrassing me and it ruins?

There is medication for this problem. Two specifically for the problem and at least one that is meant for something else but works. Tofranil is one of them, my daughter used it and it worked to allow her to sleep light and get up to go to the bathroom. You need to see your doctor and find out if there is a medical cause and how can it be treated.
The usual cause is due to deep sleep and not feeling the pressure of a full bladder to wake you up. Depends might be of help. Also Poise overnight pads (different from menstrual pads) work well and are in the incontinence aisle. You can sign up for auto delivery from Amazon if you don't want to go to the store
Stop drinking anything with caffeine. Any clear soda such as Sierra Mist is safe except for Mountain Dew. Root beer is safe the best known brands such as A & W are good, cheap store brands and Barqs are not. Tea and coffee are not good.

Good luck!
Magnesium deficiency is quite common among American teens. Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice.
Study some books about nutrition so you know things like this. It's rather hard to find a professional in that field. Doctors think you mean a dietitian, but that is not the same thing.
