It's actually quite normal to briefly be so angry you think you want to shoot someone. It becomes psychopathic if you buy a gun and start following that person around.

Learn to communicate and talk not start stocking ammo.

The key word here is "chronic". It's not just an emotional outburst, and it has nothing to do with feelings.
