I get this weird form of burning sensation at the balls of my feet, whenever I’m wearing shoes for a long time, when I’m wearing shoes tightly around the balls of my feet, or occasionally when I don’t have socks on when I’m wearing shoes. Even on those situations, though, the feeling doesn’t always appear. I feel it happens fairly random, though have been feeling this sensation since I could remember. It’s not a painful feeling, more relative to if you wore thin shoes and were walking on hot cement, and was causing the bottom of your shoe to heat up. I’m a 20 year old female, about 5’3” and 160 lbs, should I be worried about this sensation?

Yes, you should be concerned and you should have it checked out by your doctor.
"A burning sensation in your feet may be caused by nerve damage in the legs, also called neuropathy. Although many medical conditions can cause burning feet, diabetes is the most common. Most burning feet treatments focus on preventing further nerve damage and reducing pain. Aug 5, 2016"

Definitely see a doctor. Sounds like a diabetic category but your so young and you would be having other noticeable symptoms way before this so I don't think it's diabetic. Definitely see a foot doctor as well because you may need custom inserts they form the shape of your foot so that you have perfect support. Only other medical situation brought to mind is when a 28-year-old gay guy was dying of AIDS and he complained to the nurse that the souls of his feet were on fire. His boyfriend was in the room. She replied well that means that you're going straight to hell and the devils are coming for you. She also told the boyfriend he was going to burn in hell. He sued the nursing home and she was fired. The reason religious people focused on feet burning in hell is because there is a Bible verse that says God hates the feet of a man running to do evil. It's true if you think about it, if people didn't have feet they wouldn't be able to run from prison when they break out, when shoplifting they wouldn't be running from the law, and when married man drives to a mistress's house there's the foot again causing all the evil. In level 19 of Dante's inferno they show a picture where people are placed with their heads in the ground and all you see are their legs and then the flame are dancing happily on the soles of their feet. the one man was questioned by a concerned Dante because the flames were redder and angrier apparently he charged money fraudulently as a pope. Dante replied you are getting exactly what you deserve. He was most pleased with this level.
