IF I EAT 1200 calories a day not above 1200! Will I lose weight!??
Okay so if I eat 1200 cals a day but like any type of food I want just low calories food and I kill 600 calories 7 days a week will I lose weight???

I use xasten to add weight and it works for me but I have muscles and chicken pox when am using?
