Mircat's comment: Your rabbit is also not a therapy rabbit. It must be a certified animal to qualify and libraries have nobody in need of a therapy animal. You're looking for loopholes to take a pet rabbit everywhere with you.

Mircat's answer: Not unless that education plan is legal to have and it was written out as a contract and everybody signed. It needs to include all the specifics of what is required and time lines and what is allowed and not allowed.
