Milander's answer: No, it takes time for your body to change the extra calories you've eaten into fat deposits. It takes just as long to gain weight as to loose it though it is more obvious when someone has gained weight as to when they've lost it.

Milander's answer: Sounds like an allergic reaction, sometimes they can take a while to develop and aren't always an automatic reaction. Or.... if you've changed the brand you normally buy or if the company that makes it has changed their "recipe" ...
