Is my apartment complex required to provide me with a up to date fire extinguisher. Mine is expired?

LexVlogz's answer: Does the fire extinguisher in the unit belong to the landlord, if it does than YES they are required to inspect and replace if necessary every year. If they don't do it, contact a fire marshall in your county.
I have lived in my apartment for about one months. Some of the repairs have not been fixed?

LexVlogz's answer: Contact the main office for the management company in your complex. Go on a apartment ratings website and write a review explaining your situation, on the Facebook page of the property, and anywhere else that you can.
