I have lived in my apartment for about one months. Some of the repairs have been done and some not. My ceiling is linking water, I can only open one window out of four in my bedroom. My sensor light outside is not working hard for me to see how to get in to my apartment. I have verbally spoke to the property manager and maintenance man. They haven't fixed anything. Should I write a written notice sent certified to the property manager. Then send a second notice then if nothing is down send the third to code enforcement. The lease states if they have labor issues or funds not available they don't have to fix. I haven't received a letter in the mail stating any of those issues have occurred. What do you think I should do?
