burst4x's response: as long as a the volunteer does not get paid 'under the cover' which is fraud, yes it is legal. you will not find anything specific I think - it is a general principle (except maybe for Germany) , that what is not specificaly prohibitted ...

burst4x's answer: I do not know what you mean by 'wide' but I assume it is the octogon's area in square feet So the cubic volume is 6 * 2.5 = 15 cubic feet Liters of water: 15 * 28.32 = 424.8 liters

burst4x's answer: sorry to dissapoint but you can not make phone calls or send/receive sms. you can use the cellular capability to connect on skype for example but you can not use it as a phone

burst4x's comment: i assume you restarted the computer and the problem still exist. re-install windows (no customisation). if problem still persist bring it back to the seller and ask for a replacement as surely it is a hardware problem there
