Milander's answer: I have no idea how to help you because everyone knows apple macs do not get viruses or malware or infections of any kind.... so advising you to get an antivirus program or an antimalware program and using it would be a waste of time.

Milander's answer: I have a masters degree in geology and physical archaeology and I teach English so getting a job in a hospital with a mech. Eng. degree shouldn't be a problem at all.
