Me and my girl friend run out of things to say when texting...?

me and my girlfriend text A LOT and we both want to keep talking but we don't have any thing to say after a while. what are some new conversation starters besides "how was ur day or whats up"
For me it really doesn't matter what to say or to do. Being with her is the most important to me giving her time. First of all love is not what you say, it is how you let her feel that you love her.
Fascinating! Perhaps you should cut down on the texting and have real conversations! It is amazing how many people think texting is "relating!" Some cannot even have a meaningful conversation face to face. Spend quality time together and stop thinking texting is a relationship. Then, if you have a short message for one another, you won't have trouble texting it.
Well, this is not heard often at all... You could try to stop you're texting and do something else. Just like everyone else is saying, go to the movies, go to dinner, go have (fun, if you are older than 18.) If you wish to stay texting, then tell jokes, and talk about taxes, she will love it!
try asking her about her day listen ask what happened until she's finished then tell her something about her day. Then after that's done try asking what she wants to do stuff like that. maybe call her that could keep the convo moving or meet up with her

Texting, duh. Why don't people in love write poetry anymore?
Ask each other dreamy things, such as if you could get your dream house than what would it look like? Or just give each other compliments like your eyes are the prettiest things ever. Pick up lines are always fun too.
Why not try talking face to face sometimes.
Say something random! Text them a random word and ask them how they feel about it, the more obscure, the better!
I always like to use 'cactus'...

You have to talk on weekends only (Sat & Sun). You have to give yourself time to buildup a conversation.

Ask her questions. The point of a relationship is to get to know the person more and to grow together. Ask her about herself. Things not everyone may know such as what are some things she wishes to do before she graduates or a special memory of hers. Tell her about some things she may not know about you. It's always nice to bring new topics to the table.
Maybe instead of having a conversation you could take her places, buy her things, and make her feel special. As a girl this is what i would want because i do love to text but i also run out of things to say.

Basically anything. Ask what all she did today, what was her favorite part of today, what she's having for dinner, what her childhood was like, etc. then tell her about yours. Simple
