well i want to lose 10 kg. but i can't tird alot of diets but i can't complete except a day or so then what to do any ideas thanx in advance :)

yes there are things for sure, you can easily manage your weight just with a little adjustment to your food and you wont need to stop your eating.
most of the food you consume should be before 12 pm
