Moreover, I cant sit properly either. But I’ve tried to apply garlic as it works as natural antibiotic but It seems like it increased the inflammation and made the red line on my rectum bright red, I tried applying turmeric powder even used ice cubes nothing worked I am getting a little worried please let me know what should I do?

get your self some baby wipes take some sterile gauze and put some hydrogen peroxide on it keep it clean then keep clean with the baby wipes it may have happened because of the heat we had thats when i think you sweat it could have happened with a scratch of the finger nail if it gets worse see your dr but that area needs cleaning all the time thats why i suggested the baby wipes
Do not put raw garlic or turmeric or anything like that on an open wound- you'll only hurt yourself more and make the area more and more inflamed. Right now I don't think anything is going to work like a magic pill- this is going to take time to heal. I would take salt baths - sit in a few inches of warm very salty water - no soap, no bubbles, nothing else. The salt will help to heal any skin problems you may be having down there. Dry the area very carefully with a clean towel and maybe use some talcum powder to keep it clean and dry. Don't put any chemicals on your skin and try to keep the area exposed to the air as much as possible (I know that's difficult but it will help) so when you dress maybe use a healing cream that mothers use on babies - in the UK sudacrem is the absolute best and I always keep some in the cupboard.
Above all be gentle with yourself and know that this will take time.
Hope that helps.
Hydrogen peroxide is a huge irritant and should not be applied to the delicate skin in this area. This is bad advice.
