What is the one thing that holds you back from showing the work you have produced?
You have produced what you believe to be artwork that is worthy?

I am an artist myself, and I think that by our very nature we are always seeking perfection and progression. By this standard sometimes it is hard to be satisfied that the art we create lives up to our hopes and expectations for it. When I look at something I have done and think (not my best) my instinct is to keep it to myself. However what I do find helpful is to try not be so selfish about it as to think that just because it isn't my greatest work so far doesn't mean that other people will not get some real pleasure or provocation from it.
the best thing you can do as an artist is put yourself out there and keep the work turning over all the time, dont leave things piling up, sell them, give them away and just keep your favourites. Art is so personal and by making art you are making an otherwise piece of yourself tangible, make it for yourself, but share the fruits of your labour with the world. whats the worst that can happen.
