Yesterday I did a thigh workout and now its been 1 day and my thigh really hurts? what do I do?HELP

you probably just overworked it and maybe even pulled a muscle somewhere. maybe next time try toning it down a little and start simple and don't do too much at once. exercise it good for you but it can be very hard on your body if you abuse it.
