In order to achieve an open NAT type i am suppose to forward certain ports through my modem and router, xbox one needs 7 specific ports to be forwarded and port number 53 is one of them.
My Internet Service Provider (Telenet) has reserved this port and is impossible to forward which makes me unable to open my NAT type.
i have called Telenet multiple times they can't open this port for me.
i have called microsoft multiple times but they tell me to contact my Internet Service Provider to help me with this.
I'm at a dead end, i can't be the only one with this problem out here.
