Write a letter to your company requesting for two days casual leave?

Hi Boss,

Can I have Thursday and Friday off work? I'm going to my friend's birthday party on Wednesday night and plan on being severly hungover for the following couple days. My friend is gay and has often expressed an interest in getting together with me but I don't let this stand in the way of our friendship. I need to be there to support him and his partner. Should they choose to celebrate in a gay dance club, I will be there steadfast by his side.

I know this comes at late notice as today is already Wednesday but I figured 'better late than never'. I won't be refused this request. If it should come to blows between you and I, then let those blows fall where they may. For I will rise up stronger than ever before. You can't bring me down.
