Would you rather spend one year in prison, or ten years in school, please answer!!!!!?

I've heard this complaint many times. But let me tell you this. Going to prison is nothing to brag about, and not going to school isn't worth it. Although you learn alot of things that's pretty much worthless in everyday life, you will on enjoy day miss the simplicity of school. Then there are times you say lunch is worse than prison food. You are wrong. I would say being in the military was alot more alike to prison and the food we have had there made me miss school food. School policies and ruses are there for a reason, whether that reason makes sense or not depends on your point of view on life. Me being homeless and without a family my freshman to senior year in high school made me appreciate the classes, electives and food that was given to me. If you are a kid complaining you hate school, your family is too strict , and hate society... then you have a whole different thing coming to you later in life when you meet a person who will call you out on all your complaints . I'd take school because I have to finish highschool plus college and medical school, im pretty sure that eqauls 10 years and if not, more than that. Plus, I'd probably be dead the first day in jail.

School and prison are two polar opposites.

School- You're there to learn
-You're not sent to school as punishment
-You can leave school at the end of a few hours

Jail - You're there because you've broken the law
-You're sent to jail as a direct punishment for breaking laws
-You cannot leave until your debt to society has been paid

The two are in no ways the same.

I was in school for 16 years; elementary, high school and college. It was no picnic, but anywhere is better than jail.

In jail, they'll kill you for breathing the same air. School, they can pretend, but obviously they won't.

I will always go by the side of School!!. I don't know why people dont understand that school is not a burden but it teaches u everything and most probably our teachers are considered our mother better than our real mother as she teaches is the way to live, express ur feelings and mostly it teaches how to read and write so guus amd gals please dont ever abandon school see u will have a good feeling for school if u should pay attention to the class...and btw..if u want prison then coz u have commited crime thats why u r behind the rods and do u want urself to be told as a criminal inspite of that fact that u have not commited any.....?
