A friend of mine let me borrow his elliptical for while because he works on a ranch or something similar. I did some interval training for two hours today in four thirty-minute sessions.
I really want to lose weight and now that I have an elliptical I want to know the best ways to workout with it. I'm already hooked on the interval training.
Would you jog or run for two hours per day if it meant losing weight?

I think I would jog it makes a lot more sense if you are a runner then you could run but if you like jogging I would see about jogging it makes a lot more sense just do what you are normally use to doing that way you only do the other or change up when you feel the need
