No I don't think so. When someone wants to talk to you and says we need to talk it's because you need to talk or they want to. For people now a days it's the worst thing because we now use technology to communicate. I Have HEARd Worst Things.

Well if he texted you that or if he told you that and you didn't respond then you should definitely ask him what it is you need to talk about. Remember that whatever it is its better to address it now or know now then later.

Sorry got confused you texted him that so well yes he should reply and if he doesn't tell him again but in person. That happened to me , wish I would have told the person in person no matter if he wanted that or not.
