Short answer is no, simply because the graphics card is not good. It's a budget graphics card adn the weakest link in the build. For decent gaming the first thing you look at is the graphics card, then the chip then the RAM.
The AMD chip.. well, it's not great, it's ok but it's no i5 and no where near the performance you'll get from an i7.
Basically this rig will struggle to run any of the high end PC games adn will simply not be able to run any of the latest games at above "recommended specs" level meaning you will miss out on a lot of the beauty and "extras" a modern PC game offers.
