Would singing Let It Go from Frozen be a good song to audition with for a musical?

I don't think that Let It Go would be the best audition song. Usually a moderately well known musical song is best. My personal favorites for auditions are "The Best Things In Life Are Free" (Good News!), "Shy" (Once Upon a Mattress), "I Speak Six Languages" (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee), and "The Girl I Mean To Be" (The Secret Garden).
