I have suffered with tonsilitus a number of times this year, I also suffer from alot of sinus n blocked nose, which causes me to breath Heavy n snore very bad! Wwould removing my tonsils improve or help my snoring? Ps I'm an 18 18 year old girl = snoring is v very embarrassing

There is annecdotal evidence that a removing the tonsils can reduce or prevent snoring but not enough evidence to suggest it as a cure. It may be that a simple change in life style can effect a cure: stop smoking, lose weight, exercise regularly to clear the airways and even just sleeping on your side instead of on your back.
My wife snores heavily occasionally and she swears by vics vapour rub, a brand of eucalyptus oil, that helps to clear her nose. She is not overweight nor does she smoke.
For msot people snoring is simply a factor of having too much throat and nasal tissue, or “floppy” tissue that is more prone to vibrate. In those cases a change in sleep posture usually "cures" the problem.
