Would red velvet cupcake hair look good on brown skin and brown eyes?

Definitely! Of the artificial colours, red is quite probably the most attractive for darker skin. I think because it's a warm colour. Shades like green and blue work with very pale skin because the colour "temperature" matches.

Brown skin and red hair is also a bit of a personal favourite of mine. :)
