dont diet!! for goodness sake, DO NOT RESTRICT ANY FOOD. eating just a little bit of smaller proportions can help, but restricting and eliminating food from your regular diet will not help because eventually you will give in and end up eating those foods anyway. word of advice. but cutting out soda is easy. i easily can say no to soda and nor do i have any desires to drink it. but if anything regular exercise will help. iv read a lot about it. a lot of "healthy" or so to speak "clean eaters" who eat so healthy throughout the week, destroy their whole diet by having a "cheat day" where they eat everything and anything. but that does nothing to help you lose weight. iv tried that. just cut back a little bit on fast foods, and soda. drink a hell lot of water and gradually increase your activity levels and youll be on your way to success. please just take my words of experience and good luck to you.
