I know its confusing to think about but I thought about this alot. What is you had a pole unbendable and about 10 - 20 light years long (Theoretically Speaking) one part along the stick is bound to reach the speed of light if it is swung in a 360 degree circle? would it?

You are talking about mental experiments. That is what led to the epicycle theory of the solar system. Much of the theory of relativity is based on mental experiments and can not be reconciled with other equally valid concepts that are also based on mental experiments. The trouble with mental experiments is that when they work you don't know if you have proved anything or just missed a flaw in reasoning.
