Would it be more beneficial to take a multivitamin before bed than in the morning?

Some nutrients are absorbed in the stomach, or even before they get to the stomach. For instance, the sugar in orange juice can be in your blood stream in as little as ten seconds. Other nutrients are absorbed in this or that part of the digestive tract, so they might take as much as two days to get into your body. Fat slows digestion. If you eat the entire day's allowance of fat for the first meal, you will have a steady supply of energy all day and no desire for snacks between meals. All in all, you just can't expect any particular timing for what you swallow to go to go to work in your body, except for the fat trick. That is pretty reliable. And of course everybody who takes insulin knows about orange juice.

Study some books about nutrition so you know these things.
