I am a girl around 200 pounds and 5 feet 7 inches toward the end of seventh grade. Two of my brothers had the same circumstances as I do because they never grew off there baby fat since both of them were short until high school when they grew a lot and finally got rid of the baby fat. They also worked out just as I will as a freshman in high school for PE
Would I be considered overweight?

according to BaerFit.com, a woman who is 5 feet 7 inches should be anywhere between 122lbs - 149lbs, that's considered a healthy range.
When figuring out how much you should weigh there is a simple calculation to remember.
Women start with 100 pounds for the first 5 feet of their height, then 5 pounds for each additional inch to arrive at your mid point of your healthy weight range.
Example: you're 5 feet 7 inches, that's 100 + (7 x 5) = 135 pounds.
Losing weight is as simple as not eating as many calories than you usually would each day. in order to lose 1-2lbs per week (or 8-10lbs per month) you should eat about 500 calories less per day while eating healthier foods and getting at around 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times per week.
I hope this helps.
Thank you so much. It helps a lot
