Would anyone paraphrase this sentence? I can not get the relationship between "chances are..." and end part of the sentence :
"Chances are that you will make your best and most loyal customers even less satisfied, giving them one more reason to consider your competitors."
I don't really understand it either because it doesn't give any clue or reason about how you will disappoint your customers. Taking the conclusion that there aren't reasons, though, and that it is inevitable (whether that is true or not), paraphrasing it would give:
Your customers will consider your competitors.
