I am mentally completely ready to get a tattoo, however I'm worried about the healing process. I had a cartlihe piercing that the doctors said my body kept trying to heal and covered it with scar tissue. I also have a nose piercing that developed a bump the size of the jewel but eventually went down to a tiny almost unseeable bump (have no idea whats up with that). Do tattoos heal diffrently? Am I more likely to have problems? Thank you! P.S my ear lobe piercings healed just fine soooo I'm at a lost.
