History has a way of repeating itself. Why? Mainly because humans never learn.
The Bible say at, (Ecclesiastes 8:9) "All of this I have seen, that man has dominated man to his harm."
The 1914 situation established the reality of what the Bible had already said would happen. (Matthew 24:3-14) “For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another".
Jesus hurls the serpent, Satan, to the earth, confining him there for a short time.—Revelation 12:7-9,12. "Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to you, having great anger, knowing that he has a short period of time.”
There are many who think of the Bible just as a good book, and it is, but it is also a book of prophecy. Prophecies that can be verified.
We do not need to concern ourselves with a 1914 situation repeating itself. However, this is what the Bible says, "For then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world’s beginning until now, no, nor will occur again." Matthew 24:21
In comparison to this, 1914 was bad, but this is final. It is as Revelations 16:14 puts it,
"God's War." "They are, in fact, expressions inspired by demons and they perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the entire inhabited earth, to gather them together to the war of the great day of God the Almighty".
At this late date there is no need to tip toe around the subject of, if this is true or not. Know matter what we believe, say or do, we cannot change the weather, the course of the sea or the way the wind blows. We are at the mercy of our elements. Wouldn't it be a good thing on our part to find out what We need to do, to live through this catastrophic time period.
This scripture helps us to see what action needs to be taken. (John 17:3) "This means everlasting life, their coming to know you, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ."
