Luke 4:5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. 6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.
"Delivered unto me", get it? Satan is the god of earthly government. The planet can never be free of war without divine intervention.
God does not intervene, He is the God of rightness. If we do things right, we get the results He promises. If we do things wrong, we get the alternative.
Thank you for answering that question, I am confused. If the planet can never be free of war without divine intervention, who is going to intervene? Are you saying God will intervene or Satan?
We have this prophecy we call Armageddon. Jesus will take over as king of Earth and the angels will throw the devil spirits into a lake of fire. The only thing you need to do is Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Yes, world peace has a simple solution. If only we overcome our ignorance of who we are and why we are here, if only we realize the truth, if only we are enlightened with God's purpose for us human beings on earth, this world will have peace. Unfortunately, we do not realize that we don't need religious and military leaders to take us to war. We need spiritual leaders to take us to peace. The solution of world peace lies in the simple realization of the truth. Unfortunately, we are going in the opposite direction. The moment the world focuses on enlightenment, on realization of the truth, our world will have peace.
I agree with that statement. Many people go to church, believe in God, and believe he will change things for the better. Isn't that God"s way of intervening into our lives?
