I was wondering what the maximum payment for total permanent disability in Massachusetts is.. My injury occurred in Hartford, CT but I live I Massachusetts.... Also would I able able to sue for pain and suffering, and other things. That have caused me major changes in my life.. Or would I have to hire a injury lawyer and sue them separately...
