How much do I have to tell my Medical Case Manager during a Workman's Comp Claim. Such as if she asks if the doctor told me preliminary results does she have to know or can she wait until the she gets results from the doctor? How much info can she relay to my employer regarding what the results are from my doctors visits. Such as medical tests I need to have done etc.

I understand that Worker's Comp laws may vary from state to state. I worked for a Workers Comp attorney for over 20 years. In my experience when an injured worker tries to withhold information the employer can request a case be delayed or dismissed. It is best to be up front and honest. What exactly don't you want your employer to know. If there is a hearing for your case it may all come out anyway. it would be better if it came from you but talk to an attorney. Most Worker Comp attorneys will not charge for a consultation. good luck
