Hey everybody, I have a few questions regarding my body in terms of working out and bulking up... First off, I'm an Asian male, currently 15 years old, I'm about 5 feet and 5 inches and weigh around 125-135, and my body type is mesomorph. I've barely started working out, but I have a plan and schedule, so I'll be doing that. I know I just started but I wanna feel/look bigger and bulkier, but how can I do that? I was told eating a large and healthy diet and burning that new fat off is the way to build muscle, so I've been doing that, but could I also drink protein shakes? My older siblings said that drinking protein shakes now will mess up my growth... Idk I'm sorta stumped on this one. Thanks in advance!
