hi guys i have a question about working out. my goal is to lose weight and have abs thats why i started gym just 2 days ago. about a week i was working out at home doind exercises for my abs. i dont have very bad body, im 125 pounds and my height is 5,4 , i cant say im overweight but i have some fat on my stomach , legs and on sides which i would like to lose. can anybody tell me what kind if exercises i have to do and how long and how often i have to run ? like i said i wanna no fat, flat stomach and abs if possible

Okay, before I say anything else I have to admit; I'm not really the most sporty person out there, but hey, I'm happy to help anyway I can!
Now, with that been said, lets move on to this question.
So the tip to weightloss isn't only exercising, but also having a healthy diet. So you have to try to balance those two. You also shouldn't over-exercise. It could damage your body, and we don't want that now do we? I think you should run maybe 3 to 4 times a week, give or take (depending on how much time you have). Also exercises like sit-ups are good for becoming thinner. You should Google some other good stomach exercises. There are probably many good tips out there. As for the abs, you should just keep exercising on a weekly schedule to keep those in shape. And don't forget what I said earlier; remember to eat healthy as well. You want to have a balanced diet where you get all the vitamins and stuff your body needs. Also don't forget to sleep. Yes, you heard me. Sleep. Sleeping is good for your body as it needs rest as well. If you don't rest well, you risk damaging your body while exercising. Maybe you should ask a professional for some tips as well if you feel the need for that.
