Is it better to continue working in a place where the work depends completely on you and you are a trainee , nobody to train you , whatever happens to the project depends on you and where till now u have not faced work pressure and given your best and what work you have done is good and you are appreciated , environment is good , your boss is good , where after a year you may get a better pay which too completely depends on you.
Or you may feel bored , but right now you feel fully enthustiastic and nice and sometimes tensed when you dont get the required answer but not bored :) , but you dont feel confident enough , and are given new challenges again with no training , where upon if given time u may feel u cant do that particular thing either you may feel like leaving the job , in which case you may have experience and again no confidence because you feel that u need somebody to help guide you and which may again lead to the same cycle,
or to work in a place where your friend tells you is good and pay is obviously more and the field is teaching where you feel you can control the students and as per your friend and has no tension and headache and where you first itself no how the pace will be. And also your friend who also is in the same field from past 2 years and can guide you side by side.And work Will be the same forever with no ups and downs .
And also , Is training really important for a person to be confident ?
