Please do not become embroiled in one of many websites that promise weight
loss at a price, through some miracle herb or bizarre diet.
Look for one that gives normal food to eat and exercises to do, that is all.
The human body stores fat in response to historical times of famine or lack of food. When we lived in caves and the winter was coming this was fine, a little extra weight would keep you alive until spring, we don't have this problem now.
The issue is simply calories in versus calories out.
Eat reasonably, exercise more.
Restrict your diet, exercise reasonably.
It's as simple as that, there is no miracle that can get those calories out of you any quicker except exercise, simply monitor how many calories you consume and exceed this daily with exercise and you will lose weight rapidly.
